The location was wonderful and incredible, situated in a bustling downtown area close to stores, restaurants, and the center of the old quarter. We enjoyed stopping by Downtown Cafe & Restaurant for coffee and treats, conveniently located right next to the hotel. - the Wheelchair Accessible room had a big window, comfy bed, and terrace, which we found essential.

The staff is amicable, the breakfast EXCELLENT, the location is excellent close enough to the center, a bus to the Hanoi Train station, and Hanoi Old Quarter. Its rooms are new-fashioned for a nice stay for one night. The extremely comfy bed, best I've ever slept in.

My stay was memorable for one night. Had facilities needed in my deluxe triple room, including central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television. - I appreciated a smart decor and exceptionally comfortable beds. - Its location was marvelous, to Hoan Kiem lake, and in a great area.
